Fil-Ams are so fortunate that there exists a venue for us to access directly what is happening in our country today. Many times what we hear on the news do not really reflect the real sentiments of our people back home.

This venue further allows us to share our own reflections on what is the best way to solve our own problems without having to grab a microphone or join a rally or demonstrations.

I salute you guys back home who are in the forefront of showing the real situation in our country. May your tribe increase a hundredfold everyday. Even if we are far away from you, we are always with you in mind and spirit. Let us continue to work for the advancement of the people especially the poor who have no one to fight for their rights in the our society.
